In order for you to review the replies from the Support Team and for us to respond to your inquiry, we need you to create an account in our secure Zendesk Support portal (please note that this is a separate account from your 98point6 App account).
When you submit a Support request to our Team, you will automatically receive an email from “Support” with the subject “Welcome Email” that also has instructions on how to set up your Zendesk Support account. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. You can sign up for your secure Zendesk Support account at anytime by visiting the Sign up page.
To view your request and Support messages after your account has been made:

- Visit the Support Help Center.

Click the Sign in button on the top right.

Sign in using the email and password you used to create your Support account.

Click on the downward arrow next to your email/name on the top right.

Then click on 'Requests'.
- From your Requests menu, you can view all your current and past messages with our Support Team.
- To read/reply to one of your request, simply click on the Title of the request.
- When you click the Title, you will be taken to the contents of your ticket.
- From there you can view any replies from the Support Team as well as reply back to us.
