With the 98point6 by Transcarent app upgrade, you may notice that the button to “Start a Follow Up Visit” is no longer visible. Follow Up visits allow members who visited the clinic for a diagnosis or condition to return to the clinic for a follow-up in an expedited manner, at no additional cost.
Members will still have the ability to have follow up visits within 7 days of their initial visit, however, that button will no longer exist on the home screen and members will enter the clinic the same way they would for a net-new visit. Follow-up visits will still be at no cost to the patient.
